Fridays at 9:00 a.m. this class gives your body time to heal from week to week. Each Friday will focus on a differentpart of the body. 1st Friday of the month: Upper Body, 2nd Friday of the month: Belly, 3rd Friday of the month: Thighs, 4th Friday of the Month: Butt. In the event of a 5th Friday: Instructor’s choice. We’ll warm up with aerobics and cool down with stretches.
The gym provides stability balls for members foruse in the class. All are welcome to join the fun.
