Chip is putting a “new spin” on his Saturday morning class. Join Chip and Trish, and spin for Pop Squats, Rabbits, Burpees, or whatever type of challenging intermediate level exercise that Chip has in store for his Saturday morning circuit class.
Circuit class is a moderately intense class that combines strength, cardio, and flexibility through a series of timed stations for a full body workout. The class is put together in a manner that targets different areas at different times. This class will be 50 minutes long followed by 10 minutes of stretching.
