HIGH – INTENSITY – INTERVAL – TRAINING

Rockport Fitness offers H.I.I.T classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:45am with Robert.

Robert’s H.I.I.T class lasts one hour and includes a dynamic cardio warm-up segment, an upper body segment, a lower body segment, and a core segment!!!!! These classes are designed to quickly elevate your heart rate with 30 seconds of work and bring it back down with 10 seconds of rest, thus causing more calories to be burned in a short amount of time.

Below Brittany performs a short demonstration of a H.I.I.T style workout.
