Three Exercises to Improve Your Balance
These simple, but effective, exercises are suggested by one of our Certified Personal Trainers, Vincent Tran. He recommends repeating these exercises 2 to 3 times per day to maintain or improve your balance. For an added challenge you can try these exercises with your eyes closed.
1. Single Leg Balance (15-30 seconds) a. Hold foot 3 inches off of the ground in front of your body b. Hold foot 3 inches off of the ground behind your body c.
